Suzanne has been providing injectable cosmetic procedures for over 15 years. With her past 10 years of experience focused in plastic surgery, she is able to provide her patients with the most complete non-surgical facial restoration, or with surgical recommendations, if needed.
Suzanne first earned her Bachelors degree in Education from California State University Long Beach, then went on to receive her Nursing Degree in 1996. She has been trained by top Physicians in her field such as Dr. Yoelin, Dr. Lafkis (Dr. Mike), Dr. Mest and Dr. Pilest.

Janet Latino
Director of Business Affairs and Patient Consultant
Janet Latino has worked in the plastic and cosmetic surgery field for over seventeen years and has considerable knowledge of surgical procedures and extensive experience assisting patients through the cosmetic surgery process. She has great respect and appreciation for the positive impact cosmetic surgery can have on patients’ lives.
In her role as Director of Business Affairs/Patient Consultant, Janet is dedicated to providing patients with a positive experience. She enjoys helping patients understand all aspects of their surgery so they feel comfortable and confident as they look forward to their procedure. Janet derives a great sense of professional and personal accomplishment helping patients plan for and achieve their self-improvement goals.
Janet's educational background is in psychology. She has spent most of her career in the aesthetic and personal improvement field.
Kay Anderson
Patient Coordinator
With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Kay Anderson brings valuable insight to the role of Patient Coordinator. She assists with duties for the front and back office as well, noting that patient care is number one.
Growing up in a family of medical professionals, Kay chose to follow in their footsteps and graduated with an Associates Degree in Psychology, and took medical courses at Golden West College.
Kristin Lohrer
Marketing Specialist & Patient Advisor
As a Marketing Specialist and Patient Advisor, Kristin Lohrer assists patients with billing and insurance, handles all product related questions and leads the marketing efforts at the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery.
She has held this position with Dr. Sadati for over 2 years, and has over 5 years of experience in the industry overall.
Kristin graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors Degree.
Marlissa Snyder
Surgical Technician
Marlissa Snyder is a Certified Surgical Technician with over 7 years experience. Her priority is to give excellent patient care, and that every patient have a positive experience.
Marlissa is married with four children and enjoys reading and coaching in her spare time.

Jessica Cousins is a Surgical Technician with over 10 years experience, specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She gives excellent patient care and is a great valuable asset to Dr. Kevin Sadati’s team.
Jessica is engaged and likes to travel and do yoga in her spare time.
Maria Hernandez
Lead Medical Assistant
Maria is Dr. Kevin Sadati's lead Medical Assistant at the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery. With over seven years of experience, four of which she has had the opportunity of working along side some of Orange County's top cosmetic surgeons, she is often the patient's go to for all medical questions.
Maria can often be found going over pre-operative instructions with patients, assisting Dr. Sadati during surgery or helping a patient after surgery. Her favorite aspect of her job is seeing each individual patient's journey and how incredibly happy they are with their plastic surgery results.
